They did a great job with our design, and it was delivered on time according to schedule. There was a small glitch with customs and FedEx, we had to fill out and send a form, but it only caused a 1 day delay. The 3 customer service agents I worked with were all very helpful and timely with replies, either by phone or email. Will definitely use again!
